MPV became a qunt ... but he wasn't always one, and I've always stated as much.

he outstayed his welcome as skipper, became overly and unnecessarily arrogant and then attempted to bring his personal influence to bear on an England team in disarray (Ashes 2006/7), thereafter using any opportunity to remind everyone who cared to listen, just how "great" he once was, how England sorely missed his talents and how he would always be the Messiah of English cricket... whilst all the time nursing his "wounded knees" !

MPV became a qunt post 2006 ... and has not changed since that time.
