No, they are more susceptible to a diagnosis of asthma.

Rafa and Mo Farah have now been outed as getting TUEs as well.
Might be a shorter list to publish who hasn't received one.

Yeah...a bit strange but two ITT's. One at the start & one near the finish. I guess they are looking for an upset.
Re: Cycling
Wank route. Trying their hardest to make Froome lose, but he's just the strongest around. Giro far superior this year.

Caleb Ewan outsprinted Sagen to take yesterdays stage. Orica have a star in the making there.
Re: Cycling
And again today. What a weird sprinting style, though. Hopefully goes for a couple of Giro stages this year again. Don't think he's going to be contending for tour sprints yet.

Starts tonight. And also because star/sky are twats, we haven't yet got Dsport (Eurosport's channel here) despite launching 2-3 months ago.

SBS which is the channel that normally shows international cycling in Australia has lost the rights to the Giro. Fortunately its on pay TV via Eurosports.
Re: Cycling
Have they lost other races too or just the giro?
We generally have slim pickings apart from the tour for cycling. The world championships aired for the first time last year. Would change with Eurosport in, whenver it arrives on set top boxes.

I think its just the Giro. I hope so. SBS do a fantastic coverage of the Tour d F.

Here too but on pay tv rather than FTA.
It's part in of my pay bundle. FTA is shit here. But when you have 10 official languages to cater for....
And then a megalomaniac decrees a 90% local content quota.

Yeah, i see the dilemma. The SBS network that usually shows cycling here is quite unique. It was started as a government funded ethnic broadcaster although, unlike the ABC, SBS could advertise & therefore reduce taxpayer expense. Was'nt very successful at first due to high level of foreign language news & programs shown but has now evolved into a number of channels that cover mainstream english language programs as well as overseas content.....also well known for its showing of European 'art' movies that somehow escape the censors.
Re: Cycling
Yeah, well here the SABC can advertise and is still in the shit. The 90% local content on radio has driven advertisers away in droves.

Re: Cycling
Pöstlberger surprises all with the first stage win with Aussie Caleb Ewan a close second.
Re: Cycling
Andre Greipel takes the second stage & the Maglia Rosa. Geraint Thomas in 8th & Caleb Ewan in 9th.
