Hylton Ackerman - bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
Maybe Hershey in his full pomp as Richards partner?
And shirley Denis Lindsay would get a go as keeper? And no AD? And Zulu was brutal at his best.

Re: T20 Teams from History
I thought we were picking players who hadn't played 20/20, in which case Gibbs would be ruled out. You're right about the other two though. So, Zulu for Davison and AD for Rice.
I remember Ackerman being a fairly aggressive opening batsman from his time in county cricket. Jimmy Cook was a much better batsman - but very orthodox - not sure he would adapt to 20/20

Ash wrote:jadeja was more destructive though. better six hitting ability. both decent fielders but jadeja could bowl a bit. vvs is classy, vishwanath was classy but neither would get anywhere near this team.
a pak team would be interesting. waqar and wasim would be awesome at t20.
not sure what the Pak team will be but here is a shot
1- Majid Khan
2- Saeed Anwar
3- Zaheer Abbass
4- Javed Miandad(for shingle dabble)
5- Wasim Raja
6- Imran Khan
7- Imtiaz(WK)
8- Wasim
9- Waqar
10- Shoaib
11- Saqi
