so 2 99s for sehwag on this tour while trying to hit randiv for a 6. stumped off one and bizzarely he hits a 6 off the other. but the game got over a split second before ball hit bat

So, its in their blood to cheat in this way. Good to see Randiv, a young upcoming spinner upholding their tradition.

How is it cheating?

By deliberately bowling a no-ball when a player is on 99. A big no-ball by at least a foot. You don't bowl this big no-ball accidentally.

Apparently, his back foot was near popping crease. Thats as deliberate a no-ball as you get.

It's unsportsmanlike and petty but it's hardly cheating (unless he did it on bookie's orders because they would have to pay out on a ton) to lose a game by giving away the winning runs

How can you be so sure he was deliberately batting slowly?

His S/r in ODIs of late has been like this unless India is chasing a really huge score which in this case India wasn't.
