The ICC again states the bleedin obvious.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...
Summary:
A Test Championship lumbers closer to existence. The FTP will consist of a Test league running over four years, the top four teams will qualify for a play-off event. The first play-off is scheduled for 2013, final to be at Lord's.
ODIs - a new league - mirroring the existing team rankings - to be introduced, starting in April 2011, the first ODI league champions to be crowned in April 2014.
But if you think that will replace the World Cup, you're wrong... the ICC's chief executive committee suggests reducing it to 10 teams for the 2015 event. A good idea, but will it happen?
The WT20 to include 16 teams from the 2012 tournament, and a WT@) league ASAP.
Other stuff - Players should only leave the field if conditions are dangerous and shouldn't go off if floodlights are used even when shadows appear from the artificial light.

I'm disappointed abuot the 10 team WC. I would prefer at least 12. I'd like the Associates to have something to aim for.

I'm bitterly disappointed that Afghanistan (a likely test replacement for Pakistan in the next decade) will now struggle to make it to the big time.

No thank you. Last thing Test cricket needs are more pointless matches being played in empty stadiums.
Afghanistan are 30 years away from Test cricket.
