In my head, I always imagined Dello as looking and actually being a bit like Marcus Brigstocke in real life.

Jay - am I close?

It's the internet - I look like whatever you want me to look like. It's your fantasy.

Is it sensible to encourage someone to have a fantasy on the internet?

There's only two, isn't there? Just a coincidence - although, to be fair, he is in some of my favourite movies.

Whatever you day Marcus. Why did you stop doing the Late Edition? Great show.

I'm gonna go all High Fidelity on your asses.

Five favourite Murray films:

1. Groundhog Day
2. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
3. The Royal Tenenbaums
4. Broken Flowers
5. Space Jam

Honourable mentions to Scrooged, Kingpin and, of course, Ghostbusters.

Lost in Translation, Ed Wood, Rushmore, Caddyshack, Fantastic Mr Fox - he's just been in a lot of very watchable films. And Charlie's Angels...

Hmmm, that could be an idea for a thread. Match some past series up with some film taglines...

The 06/07 Ashes: "Some memories are best forgotten." (Memento)

Also works for all of my pre-Ashes predictions.

Lost in translation - nearly died of boredom. Never got around to given it a second chance viewing. Sofia Copella thinks she's better than she actually is. Nicely shot though.

Ed Wood - admirable and clever film but at the end of the day, quite dull.

Rushmore - didn't get it. Can't remember laughing. Everyone else thinks different but IMO one of Wes Anderson's weaker efforts.

Caddyshack and Mr Fox - never seen either. Heard Mr Fox was a little too knowing and smug? Phil Jupitus has been banging on about how good it is on twitter though.

As long as we agree that Groundhog Day is his best film we can all get on with our lives.

Caddyshack is an all time comedy classic. And Murray is a comic genius in it as Carl the greenskeeper.

This is one of my favourite moments:

Suppose it depends if you can stomach a bit of French New Wave cinema, which it imitates. Personally, I thought it was a triumph.

I honestly don't know how you can find Ed Wood dull. Plenty going on and Martin Landau was brilliant.

Rushmore was offbeat but I thought Jason Schwartzman's character was compelling enough to take you through the film.
