Amla is a really good player these days. Must be close to the best batsman in the World at the moment along with Ian Bell and AB de Villiers.

Smith JGKed.
Amla Trevved.
It's a forum exhibition.
Jackie looks like he's going to make someone pay for that pair.

Good looking player, Petersen. He's always looked good, just needs to convert more starts.

Pretty high run rate for the first day and considering they were sent in. Looks like an inspired decision, especially since the commentators were saying that Cape Town is a bat first venue when the sun is shining.
SA batsmen always look different entities once they leave Durban.

Bit of a 'Nasser' decision from Dilshan to bat first. Sunny day, flat pitch.......South Africa will be disappointed if they don't make 500.

Golly, it sort of seems this JH Kallis isn't quite finished as someone suggested. Care to maybe comment, Red?
Re: South Africa v Sri Lanka, 3rd Test, Cape Town, 3-7 January, 2012
Did we both just ask Red to comment on various pro-South African issues at the same time?

No, I was making a little remark at her about being a hysterical tabloid-esque dross-weasel, but when I saw you actually asked for a comment I edited my post.
Re: South Africa v Sri Lanka, 3rd Test, Cape Town, 3-7 January, 2012
Red has a lot of bad luck.
It must be awful to be so wrong so often.
Hopefully 2012 will be a better year for young Redness although it hasn't started too well.
