Nearly time to hit the road north for Christmas holidays.

So FB has survived another year. We actually flourished a little, with talk of our imminent demise greatly exaggerated. We lost a few, we gained a few. All in all not to foul.

BTW Christmas Eve shopping always amuses me. Just got back from obtaining ingredients for dishes tomorrow and people are stocking up for a rainy day or as if there will be some nuclear holocaust.

How long are the shops closed for?
