No, but I don't think they are chumps.

Or that England are champs (except in the boxing sense, where Oz are presently in the blue corner).

Australia has home advantage, which usually counts for something. It didn't count for anything three years ago because the home team was in a chaotic state.

So it is likely to start close. The rest I've said already. (Bottom of p3 and bottom of p4, if it's of any interest.)

Will probably depend on the otss and the weather. But the "always bat first at Brisbane" mantra may not count for zip.

Probably a good toss to lose.

One of the magnificent benefits of living in the unrelenting bosom of mother India is that I get to see live cricket on TV almost all the time, sometimes it seems even when the National Schoolgirls XI are playing the Traveling Nuns.

So, I'm not into links no more.

It has the schoolgirls and nuns doing a bit of no holds barred loving in the beginning, middle and end, so I am sure he wouldn't be interested.

Press here claiming that Mitch "He-Man" Johnson, the ink-stained Alpha Male bowling specimen of the Oz team, sought psychiatric assistance following the tirade directed at him by the Barmy Army during the last tour Down Under.

Apparently they "got into my head" after Bisbane . . . bugger me, I thought there wouldn't be enough room inside there for all the sawdust and crap that currently holds pride of place.

Poor wee lost soul  . . . diddums . . . heartless Barmy Army bastards.  One guess as to who they'll target again after reading that . . .!! Laughing

And now we have Warner.

"He's already talking his garbage, but that's how he is," Warner said. "He lets his ego take over and he thrives on that.

And then we have ego from a specialist bat averaging 36.

Some might suggest that you do some work on your average before shouting your mouth off.

What's Pietersen done? Refute that he's still an outsider in the dressing room? Very Happy Heh. Strange times.

Haven't seen what Broad's done, but 'reacting angrily on Twitter' is the sort of thing he normally does.

Warner's a nob-mouthed dial-a-quote, but he's right - he took a shitload in England and he handled it impeccably. Seemed to enjoy it, even. And fair play to him.

Going back to Broad, if they are lying about the ejections I suppose it would make you angry - but no-one is necessarily going to believe him whether he's poncing on Twitter or not.

Yeah but Warner's ejaculations are on a par with a quickie sledging a batsman after being hit for a straight DHL maximum.

Must admit, it's stunning for him to be going on about ego. What's next, Watson sledging Kohli for being a gobshite?

Now, there's a thought - a Gobshite XI. Warner, Watson and Kohli will do for starters with Mitch somewhere in the lower order. Kamran Akmal anyone?
