Australia v South Africa, 1st Test, Brisbane, 9-13 November, 2012 (II)

Trike, stop confusing the issue with facts.

FT it may be, but a good comeback by the three Aussie bats.

Skull almost made me crash on the way home. In between giggling at Amla being allowed to 'bowl' he said "you have to think this is how Bradman would have batted"

Cowan dedicated his ton to Spanky, who had been a friend and mentor for many years before his death. Today is a year to the day since Roebuck died.

Paris dodges a bullet on 99. Looked plumb but got a little feather. Referral rejected.

And now spoons one to cover trying to get on with it. Top notch 100 from Paris.

Over 130.1: Morkel to Hussey, no run, OUT, wide outside off, Hussey smashes that to cover where a terrific catch at cover is taken low to his left. That ends a great innings from a man who was under pressure for his spot in the team
I would have thought he was 10th in line to be dropped

In years to come, Rory Kleinveldt wont have fond memories of his one and only test.

South Africa won't want to lose this one.
Especially batting on an apparent road.

150 lead with 30 minutes bowling at the Yarps before Lunch seems to be the target according to the Nein commentators.

KOK's fanboy thing with Pup must be driving Red bonkers - which I suppose is the upside to how irritating I'm starting to find it.

Meh, I would've went for the 150 lead (only 115 at declaration). Oh well, I'm guessing this will get to 5.30 AEDT and be called off with the Yarps at 2-150.

Nice of Pup not to give Rory a 0/100 on debut.
WTF was Wade doing? 19 off 35. Gilly would have been 50.
