What the f*ck do the other names you listed have to do with this particular debate? Forget the name Cook for a minute. It wasn't. It's was the size of a blood bottle thingy... It took three different attempts, having to walk down to the hospital with jizz in my pocket. On the third attempt, I jizzed in tuppaware and poured it in. Turns out I'm no jaffa.
