Stoopid Day did a Norman and tried to hit a miracle shot at the 16th after three-putting the 15th for bogey. The result - he sank it in the green-side lake.

Back Nine has been costly for Day so far. In two rounds he is 8 over (+5 yesty & +3 today) on the inward 9.

My man Hideki Matsuyama hanging in there three shots back.

Spieth looks pretty impregnable at the top.

Re the Oosthuizen hole in one - what would have happened if the other guys ball had gone in as well?

From memory ...the ball should be replaced where it stopped (first ...before the ball hit it)

Willett and Oosthuizen are two who really beg the question of how much further would they be if not for their backs. Westwood's T2 was quite surprising given how bad he's been. Spieth, well shit happens... Class act yesterday. Fitzpatrick showing again that he's a top prospect.

Major Championship commentary is the worst.

Must have been fun to watch. Particularly shutting up the Yanks.

Was great to watch, although I did feel for Spieth when he was putting the green jacket on Willett.

Affiebarnrat was particularly irritating by the commentators. But yeah, decent tournament by him (not much more, he has the potential to be better) in an otherwise lacklustre return among the Asian tour guns.

Hate to admit it because Augustus national is twat central, but their app is on point where the coverage wasn't.
