The other three being England captains, I take it… only one of whom waited until the end of the series. In fact I think Nasser stood down after a draw, and the series ended up a draw under his successor Vaughan (who repeated the cycle some years later).

Yeah. But Rahane did show a more reserved captain worked in our last tour to Australia.
