A couple of quick wickets to England this morning has given them some hope of restricting the Bannies to under 400, although Jor-El and Ashtray looks comfortable at the wicket.

India 7-352.

Ashtray is a disrespectful dick.

He ran down the centre of the wicket in search of a run, Joel Wilson told him to get off, but Ashtray remonstrated, so Wilson stung India 5 penalty runs. England start their innings at 0-5.

Between the sooks of India and the moral victors of England, it's hard to find someone to barrack for in this Test.

That said, I hope the Ginger Whinger gets a gozza tomorrow.

Scintillating hundred by Duckett but.

But for another 2 dropped catches by Pope and Stokes, india might not have got past 370, plus some bodyline by wood which didnt work, ash ignored it til they took the leg slip away and then crashed it for 4. Despite Duckys amazing innings england are still far behind, they need to bat all day tomorrow and more, but no one wants to play the anchor role, so I expect 10 man india to be batting again by the end and building a big lead not england.

Englnd fell in a heap after Duckett and Stokes through their wickets away.

They went from 5-299 to all out 319 an an Aus-esque tail collapse.

Great day for india except the jazwalla may have done his back in celebrating his 100.

For england, 3 days in, and our bowlers have sent down 181 overs. Not great captaincy or tactics to bat like that when the op are a bowler down and ours are knackered.

Pitch now aiding the bowlers with variable everything, so i doubt england will make many in the 4th. big defeat looming.

I think this Bazball attitude thing is doing weird things to some England players.  Here’s Duckett in what he thinks India can get, when we’re already 322 runs ahead going into day 4, 8 wickets in hand:

Link

Asked about a realistic target in the fourth innings, Duckett replied: “The more the better. This team is all about doing special things and creating history. They can have as many as they want and we’ll go and get them.”

You fxuking what?

And this should make Horrie ecstatic:

This was the first of two wickets in the space of 10 balls as Jonny Bairstow suffered a record eighth duck in India, overtaking a string of tailenders in the process.

Unbelievable.

Baz has the Poms so up themselves with over confidence. It is ruining Root's batting and making those like Duckett say idiot things.

Sarfaraz looks quality - at least in Indian conditions.

557 seems not to be even within Bazball's overconfidence.
