Don't think being a recent player, and by definition close to the current players is such a disadvantage. It hasn't done Bumpy Rhodes any harm. Good luck to Gilo.

Aslong as he doesn't Teach Spin, I think he'll do quite well. I think he'll know the ways of the Cricket game and what is needed for Warwickshire.
