As if the astonishing KP would get out in this situation. He wouldn't give sooky the satisfaction.

KP's an absolute gun. He'll be man of the match and I'm guessing probably man of the series. He's also man of the moment.

Showing his beleagured counterpart some mercy. Suffer sooky, you're about to lose. How does it feel? You've lost to your sworn enemy.

Do you mean beleaguered?

Shame it was in a dead rubber when they had farked us sideways for 75% of the series!!
Oh, and joy of joys - we've now got our best format coming up - ODI's!

Oh, you reminded me of Mary Poppins then.....spoiling the tea party on the ceiling by saying something sad.holcs wrote:Shame it was in a dead rubber when they had farked us sideways for 75% of the series!!

They are deserved winners of the series but it wasn't 75%
We could've won the 1st test, did win the last and had a good shot at the 3rd too
Only in Leeds did they give us a good shoe-ing
(This doesn't mean that I don't think there are problems with our side, far from it!)

Both sides were pretty disappointing in the series really. Not the high quality cricket I was expecting.

Well done SA. Deserved winners. England competed more than I'd hoped, had two half-good Tests and then this one as well. TBH, we're closer than we were to producing a decent Test side. Though it has coincided with Flintoff's return. When Flintoff returns to top form, it'll be a whole lot better.

Agree with this - SA will have to find another 30% from the bowlers to beat Australia

I disagree Danny. We didn't even bat a second time at Lords and they were 3 down. Thats an easy save for me, no matter what position we were in.
Headingly they smashed us.
Edgebaston they won. Yes we had opportunities but yet again we didn't take them.
And in this test, they didn't even turn up first dig at all!
Sky Pie would show that we got done. And I don't thinkwe looked at all convincing at all really through it bar the final test!
