Aye - with at worst the 4th fastest car Button doesn't need to take risks to win the title. Luckily for him, Webber and Vettel will probably take points off each other as well.

Renault not contesting the charge that Piquet Jnr was instructed to crash in order for Alonso to gain an advantage in the Singapore GP last year.

Briatore and Symonds fired by Renault.

Both could potentially be extradited to Singapore to face criminal charges.

The fickle finger of fate hey ....

If Piquet had not crashed under instructions, then there would have been no need for the safety car to come out and back up a field where Massa was well ahead ... (whilst Alonso had pit-stopped for new rubbers and a tank load of fuel)

Alonso won the race, Massa finished well down the field and eventually lost the championship by ONE solitary point to Hamilton !
