I suppose Trump's buffoonery may generate some posts. shrug

Even the Trumpmeister can't save this place. It's proper dead, innit?

Hello. Yep, the joint is dusty and rarely used. Great to see a ghost wafting through.

We need just 18 posts per day for the rest of October to ensure this month doesn't become the worst ever.

18-watch.

With this post we get to 18 posts for the day.

Well done troops.

I'm not gonna be around much on the weekend, so let's have plenty of chat on the two Grannies please.

And when I say "plenty", I mean at least some. bitenails

Question: Does the Toad - Gould - still have something to with Penrith?

I will be supporting the Stormies.

Gould is only connected to the Panthers in heart (as the ex-Director of Coaching and the man that essentially built the current team, plus the coach who took them to their first title).

I think he is more heavily involved (hands on) with the Roosters, though that will possibly change next season when he becomes a consultant to the Warriors.

I'm thinking there should be enough to talk about on the last 2 days of the month (days 1 and 2 of 3 Shield games) to push us beyond 514.

We could also talk about something else, like lockdown central scooping up all the summer sports.  FFS the oz open was never an annual melbourne fixture and at least you could get a crowd in spiville or brisbane

Yes, I know I'm a broken record, but I refuse to let this place die.

After a reasonable start to the month, mostly due to the ridiculous Trump election debacle, we've now got the sound of crickets.

We need a lousy 12 posts a day to surpass the current monthly nadir.

I can probably do that myself by talking to myself (as I often do in here) but some other traffic would be nice.

Lord only know how bad it will be when our old mate h reaches the point of no posts.
