It's amazing how big a turnaround it was too, at 100 odd for 5 I reckon Ireland would have been about 100-1 to win.

Hilarious. England can't say it hasn't been coming - their bowling and fielding in this tournament has been an absolute abortion.

I can't remember ever enjoying an England defeat as much! As JKL says though, shouldn't slag Eng off too much as it would lessen Ireland's achievement. 327 is no mean score after all, even on a good pitch against a comparative minnow.

Would've been truly tragic for O'Brien if Ireland had blown it after he got out.

Ok, , that was a funny match, sure. But commiserations to England fans . Thanks England for showing us and reminding us that no side in a WC can be taken lightly. India would have forgotten the lessons of the last WC [and even then we were at least knocked out first round by a 'test' side].

Jokes aside, this must be the best WC run chase EVER, and greatest as it came from a minnow and an associate side too brought in to fill up the numbers and achieving it against a 3 time finalist traditional side. Well done boys. And that 100? Have to catch the highlights. Congrats Ireland.

And here we Indians thought our bowling attack was the most shite. Well we certainly won't be complacent with any game thats for sure.

And yeah - how crap are the Pommies at one dayers!
