Bigdog had a WHOPPER week of tipping in Round 8 NRL and won a Free WHOPPER voucher by tipping 8
Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
Musta been easy cos 14 tipped the perfect round in the Chief's comp. But enjoy your Whopper, BD.

I tipped 7 ...I dont follow the form ...I havent watched a game for several years ...and I have no idea who i got wrong
I also tipped 10 out of 12 winners in IPL ...which I follow even less closely than NRL

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
If you had've picked all the home teams in this weekend's NRL, you would've scored 7/8. The Tigers were the only away winning team.
Which is a barsteward for the default condition of most tipping comps. If you don't get your tips in, your automatically get all the AWAY teams. This weekend - 1/8.

There is a lot of controversy surrounding the performance of the referee in St George's win.

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
Despite reports saying Chris Sandow will reject Parramatta's huge-money offer to him, I have been reliably informed that Sandow will be leaving Souths at the end of this season. While this doesn't guarantee he will go to the Eels, he will definitely not be a bunny in 2012.

Is there any club that is better at turning a promising player from another club into a pile of gash than Parra?

To be fair he might have a point with "ordinairy"(sic) of late. But like a QLDER gives a rat's arse how many people turn up to the roaches white elephant stadium to watch their team participate in a masterclass.

2 points per SoO game in the Chief's tipping comp (as opposed to the normal 1 point per game). There's an easy 6 points for the girl. This was the moment last year when she made her move. Idiot Spiv tipsters picking the useless Blues, but not her.horace wrote:when does the State of Ordinairy Series start?

Yep, it was hilarious openly barracking for the Maroons last year because we had 'em in the tipping comp. My RL loving brother was mortified.lardbucket wrote:Yes ... I hope she scores an easy 6 points again.
Aus v Sheep RL Test tonight on the Gold Coast, but does anyone GAF? I certainly don't.

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
So, who's up for a HUGE rumour in the world of Leeeeeeg?
Story will apparently break in the next week that the married head coach of one NRL club is shagging the mother of one of his team's star players.
The coach's wife is about to blow the whistle publicly.

Oh dear God, it's Bobby Lulham revisited.Zat wrote:So, who's up for a HUGE rumour in the world of Leeeeeeg?

"The other notorious thallium poisoning was of rugby league star, Bobby Lulham who played for Balmain and Australia. Lulham and his wife, Judy lived with his mother-in-law Veronica Monty, with whom he was having an affair whilst his wife was at Sunday mass.
In 1952 Veronica poisoned Bobby Lulham, adding thallium to his cup of tea. Lulham eventually recovered after an anonymous tip-off to the hospital letting them know he had been poisoned with thallium. Veronica Monty was charged with attempted murder. She admitted to poisoning Lulham but claimed it was an accident, stating she had meant to poison herself. She was acquitted of the crime, and in 1955 she committed suicide."
--------------------------------------------
Bobby was doing the Full Monty.
I shall await to see who the sicko is. Matt Elliott??????? He's got nuthin' to lose. Matt's not the sleazy type (would ya believe my Mum plays tennis with Matt Elliott's Mum?) but I dunno all the coaches too well. I assume it's not Benny.

Not saying which team or coach. That'd be a great way to get FB shut down. Defamation lawyers would probably save us (me?) but they're expensive. I'm backing that team to finish last though. They're not last at the moment...

Didn't something like this happen with Mick Malthouse at the Eagles?
