England v India, 2nd Test, Trent Bridge, 29 Jul-2 Aug, 2011
England will be unchanged assuming Tremlett's niggle is fine.
For India, I doubt Zaheer will play. My guess is they'll be aiming to have him 100% for Edgbaston, after having proved his fitness in the two day game against Northants between the second and third tests. Sreesanth will likely be his replacement.
Probably my favourite English ground these days, Trent Bridge. More than any other ground in England in recent times, they've got their re-developments spot on.

Well, he got two Test hundreds against New Zealand don't you know. The commentators on Star Sports were saying Graeme Swann had much to learn from him in terms of being an effect lower order batsman....
Re: England v India, 2nd Test, Trent Bridge, 29 Jul-2 Aug, 2011
and they're right. batting seems to be his stronger suit

I see Jim-Jiminy-Jim-Jim-Jaroo is up to two in the world. Yes. He's overtaken Swanner as #2. It's unsurprising for two reasons:
REASON NUMBER ONE: Not many teams have been playing Test cricket of recent times. The needle-dicks.
RAISON NUMERO DEUX: In his last five series, stretching back to Bangla last year, he has played:
14 Tests, taken 70 wickets @ 21.70, economy: 2.66, strike rate: 48.9. BBI: 6/17, BBM: 11/71.
Wanna do this classic disregard of Bangladesh?
12 Tests, taken 61 wickets @ 21.24, economy: 2.66, strike rate: 47.8.
If that not be 'ejacular', then what be?

Still doesn't feel right to not be bagging him, though.

3 England bowlers in the top 10 and if Broad has a good game at Trent Bridge then that will be 4. Sexual stuff.

Also displays the sparse amount of Test cricket that's been played in the first half of the year. I blame the WC.

Rankings have no credibility while Mitchell Johnson remains in the top ten.

To be fair he can actually bowl well sometimes, just not when those nasty, mean English fans are singing songs about him.

It's hardly his fault batsmen keep getting out to his scrambled seam non swinging near wide long hop pies ....

No wonder Aus had no chance against Eng in Ashes 10-11. You had Chefohl, Belfohl and Jimmifohl.
It's frikkin unfair, I tells ya.

Who could predict? One looked a mental weako, one looked a technical weako!
Re: England v India, 2nd Test, Trent Bridge, 29 Jul-2 Aug, 2011
Indeed Dan. Jimmeh's bowling in Brisbane just blew me away. He was nigh on unplayable for good chunks of each spell, yet Finny walked away with the figures. And the two batting fohl™s just dined out on Aussie dross for 2 months.
