No I didn't ring up the ABC; I think I heard that woman though. A couple of weeks ago an oldish man rang and expressed similar sentiments about Mick's tactical acumen and got short shrift. I was also watching the tv coverage at the time but would have preferred more talkback callers, especially those fired by emotion rather than inane interviews.

...or just used one sentence (out of context) from it to fit your own expectation? ...

...or more likely cut and pasted some hack journos article that uses one sentence (out of context) to fit his paper's expectations ?

Actually listened to the interview and another one on the news where he implied that Eade got offered the role had the club he had coveted.

He hasn't really gone quietly.
