was this team selected by the old or new NSP?...why are there only 4 specialist bats plus a keeper/batsman?

All these injuries might have saved Haddin's and Ponting's places, if they were otherwise going to be jettisoned.

5 changes is plenty, 6 is diverting, and 7 is nearly 1977-78 WSC split panic standard.

I'm hoping that Wade scores a brilliant century in the As v NZ game.

Haddit has to go.

He'll be gone buy the end of the summer, for sure, but will they make that many changes first up?

I'm a bit worried about this too. I think Haddin might keep his spot. Certainly Cot will and Ponting will too.

You'd imagine as the replacement that flew to Saffieville, Warner's swift 65 is more than enough to cement his Test debut for Watto, but what if Ed Cowan makes a ton in a crab double v Snoozies in the 'A' game? Currently 60* off 115.

Personally, I'd fark Fuse off.

Wonderful qualities for a Test class player. Now if he just learn to score 50s and take the odd wicket he may be worth a go.
