Kallis you legend! The man has decided to continue batting. He's bleeding, he's woozy, but he's batting. He is shaken, but not stirred. The crowd roars for its hero.

Dello's losing his touch

There are some ominous Pontingesque signs for Kallis, getting roughed up a bit of late, getting hit more. That started the rot for Punter. And that frenetic T20 style fifty (his only score) against the Aussies in Joburg smacked a bit of the Haydensque frustration during his last tests.

So he's been prolific in his latter years but they say post 35 is when the reflexes really start dulling.

Good news though for SA is the continued good form of Philander.
