Hard to tell whether it's Lever's, vilks' or basil's... it was probably all three of them... soggy coaching manual.
Re: Australia v India, 1st Test, Melbourne, 26-30 December (II)
Not a bad win, Aussies.
And Danny, that's not a good mental image you've conjured up.

I can visualise them all now... three quasi-Knickerlesses passing the manual round every 10 seconds... oh! that cover drive! gosh, did you see him flay that part-timer!! crikey look at that footwork!!! TBH, they probably ended up rubbing each other off whilst reciting his string of scores.
Re: Australia v India, 1st Test, Melbourne, 26-30 December (II)
It's very rare to support the Aussies even in their weakened state, but it's always good to see the Bannies get put down a peg or two.
Who got man of the match? I'd imagine it would go to a bowler, but Hussey would be my man, but then he would be my husband if he'd take me.

Also, I haven't read much of this thread but as far as I can see it seems to be Australian and Indian fans commenting on the cricket, and each offering fair and unbiased analyses with "well played" comments from the losers and "decent test match" from the winners.
Sort it the f**k out you pussies, where are the shitfests?

Well done Straya. Much deserved victory.
I'm not sure we have an option to Gambhir, but - and I hare to say this - we probably should have had Sharma for Kohli.

I heard that before play in Hobart the billy ginger had the vic ginger out bowling full tilt at specific lengths. Purposeful practice. I like that.

More about y'all's head-burying 'ooh good grief, no, he's a wonderful ODI player' super-delusions.

Hmmm no sign of SG still, is this a blessing or should we be concerned for his welfare.

I heard an eye witness account of punter taking throw downs for 40 minutes at the G - during which period the bnlg watched and spoke with Punter several times.....at no time during the 40 minute session did Punter move his feet
it seems that moving one's feet is now optional...the GCS, pup and bog clearly refuse the option

Only in the first innings. After he gets dropped at least once.

it is curious that Sehwag's figure are so much better in the first dig than the second...opposite of fuse

lol. So much concern for me. Didn't know you guys would be as generous. I didn't see many Aussie posters here during those 3 days well. And if you noticed I wasn't here when India had Aus at 4/27 at one stage. So its not that I pick and choose my time at FB as per fate of Indian team.
But why let get facts in the way of your rants.
