Hands up who was taught, when first playing the game, the importance of not leaving a gap between bat and pad that you can drive a truck through when playing a forward defensive shot?

As Watson won't bowl again for at least another month, my long=dead grandmother would be better than him with the ball at the moment.

no he is not...but he has some modicum of form with the bat, has not been overly exposed to Langer and is good in the field

What the sh*tting sh*t is happening?!

Is this the most collapsible Aussie batting line up ever? Certainly for 20 + years.

Any reasonable judge would acknowledge that I was absolutely correct. If you bend it and attack the poles you will be successful. Hilf managed that, by and large this morning. The ball he took Dravid with is the best I can remember from him. Great length, tailed in and took the top of off. More of that thanks Hilf. Well bowled him.

It appears that we finally have a bowling coach that knows a bit about bowling. The change in the length being bowled by the Australian quicks is astonishing.

Now, can we have a batting coach with a similar mindset?

4/43, damp squib.

Zimbabwe have every chance to beat Australia, if their attack isn't good enough, they'll be gifted a sub 100 innings surely.
