The result doesn't matter - England are only there on a scouting mission for future batsmen.

Would be better off scouting bowlers.

Best his post-match interviews are full of conspiracy theories.

It will be 'interesting' if he bowls at James Cameron.

Noticed that one of their bowlers Kirsten went off to hospital. They haven't been as lively since then.

Lizaad Williams looked a prospect for South Africa in the last Under 19s World Cup. Skiddy, bowls around 138kph.

England under 19 team played an excellent cricket against South Africa. Specially Ed Barnard playing a tremendous innings in 1st innings.

I know - presently placed with Oxfordshire. But born and bred in Gloucestershire, went through GCCC's youth academy. Which would be the family connection, if there was one.
Great Hammond himself was born in Kent, but was brought up in Cirencester, and lived in and was associated with that county until he emigrated to SAf near the end.
On your calculation, were Tom Graveney, Graham Dilley, Simon Jones, Basil D'Oliveira "from Worcs"?

Ah. I see what you're saying. I think Reggie Hammond was from San Francisco.
Re: South Africa v England, 1st Youth Test, Cape Town, 27-30 January 2013
RICHARD Hammond emerged fully-formed from one of Clarkson's right buttocks, apparently. Does that make him Yorkshire, or just another arse?
Hasn't looked back since.
