Btw, without 'googling', can anybody guess how many points Derby have accumulated from the 45 on offer during their last 15 games?

We've just drawn two games in a row. We're staying up.

Who do you support anyway? Leeds?

Is he any good? He's got 30 odd caps for Australia but that doesn't tell you a lot.

I thought he was average until the World Cup where Guus got the best out of him and he really impressed.

Still, I would describe him only as a good solid player - possibly better suited to the Championship than the EPL.

A "good solid" player? I'm glad that he can always be relied upon to produce the goods in the bathroom, but we could do with one or two decent footballers at the moment.

It's about 4.

So I take it that's a yes on the Leeds front. In which case, you have no high ground from which to mock.

3 is correct. Therefore their chances of qualifying for europe appear slim.

Sorry to disappoint LLL, but with my knuckles not scraping on the ground I don't qualify to be a Leeds fan.

Yeah Nails, I totally agree. It's how it should be, it would stop apparent men writhing around like mowed down rabbits/ airborn fish. I remember a time and all that.... but to be fair, lower leagues is pretty much still the same as all English football used to be, bit of oomph.

Barnsleh? Bratfoot?

Cor, I remember a time when you'd have 4 or 5 cloggie teams in the Prem, SheffU, SheffWeds,Barnsleh,Leeds, maybe Bratfoot.

What's happened?

Can't be arsed with it all, just means theres no club matches on midweek Grrrrrr...

Until we start looking like a team who has a distinct pattern of play instead of a bunch of individual superstars I shall not be bothering.

Go for it...

England

James, Brown, Ferdinand, Upson, A.Cole, Bentley, Jenas, Gerrard, Barry, J.Cole, Rooney

Matthew 'no technique' Upson at centre of defence?

Jermaine 'I go missing when it really counts' Jenas in midfield?

1915: ENGLAND FORMATION UPDATE
Right, the latest on the England formation is that they will line up 4-1-4-1.

This involves Barry shielding the back four, and then - from left to right across midfield - Joe Cole, Jenas, Gerrard and Bentley. Rooney is up front on his own.

1 up front chasing the endless long ball dross we will no doubt send his way?

Zzzzzz... wake me up when it's all over

Now time soon for our moron fans to show how clever they are by booing a minutes silence...

Then they can take it out on David Bentley when the game starts...

Can you tell i've fallen out of love with the national team?

Laughing Laughing Noice. You forgot the oppo national anthem. They weren't booing wholeheartedly until it finished. Serious c*nts.

The reason I'm not watching the game is because they don't deserve for me to watch it. 'Oooh, f*cking exciting, a friendly versus Switzerland, to fill the void of a similar line-up not getting us to the European Championships. Citing.' Steve McClaren my arse, yeah he was an inept little twat who got the job for no apparent reason, but it was the 11 shitbags on the pitch who almost literally pissed themselves and didn't get there. What. A. Non. Event.

No, most starting from India and going steadily east do for some reason.

Me, I'm a Brazillian when football is concerned, unless India's involved. Which it very rarely is in my living memory, probably only once.
