Went to the Scorchers-Sixers game tonight. That's several hours I won't get back although apparently* K Jr. 1 and I were on TV.

The music they play AFTER EVERY FREAKIN' BALL annoyed the shit out of me. I was trying to explain stuff to K Jr but it was impossible because of the noise.

T20 is not for cricket lovers. It's for kids, cheerleaders, hooligans and hotdog chompers.

Hurricanes win the toss & will bat v Adelaide Strikers. I only mention this because i am being draged out to some mind numbing social gathering where the TV will be off & i will be forced to listen to boring female rants about who's up whom & whose paying. I just hope they have some strong liquor to get me through the evening.
