Did she actually mention the Bali pair?
'Boats have got to stop,' she told the forum.
'But have we thought about what the consequences are of pushing people back to our neighbour Indonesia? Is it any wonder that Indonesia will not engage with us on other issues that we care about, like the death penalty?'

A bit scary when someone on $80K with a partner earning the average female wage can't afford a home even with a 20% deposit (Saul Eastlake). And bracket creep is just going to make that situation even worse.
I'm assuming he was talking about Sydney?

neither option is in the control of someone wanting to buy a house

So Shortarse was a corrupt union official.
"Receipts and emails provided to the royal commission into union corruption show that in 2005, Mr Shorten's Australian Workers Union Victorian branch invoiced a construction company for $38,228.68 to pay for 105 union memberships."
---------------------------------------
Colour me pink with shock.

Negative gearing has no impact on house prices. They are only going up in Sydney and parts of Melbourne. Negative gearing is available regardless of where you buy.
