dorf 'has insufficient bowling loads' to play a four day game
we dont need calls from seasick to stuff up selection
I reckon we're going to need Dorf at some stage this summer so he'd better play in some Shield matches before the Ashes.

Fair call. Can't see 2nd playing more than 3 Tests in the summer.

Shield game delayed by rain in Perth. Should have played it in sunny Hobart

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2017-18
Excellent highlights packages on the CA site (they CAN get things right!!).
Qld elected to bat on a pretty green wicket and promptly got shot out for 166. The Ooze looked good before falling, surprise surprise, to a Fawad wrong'un. He was top scorer with 40. Renshaw failed. Tremain and Boland got 4 each for the Vics. Stinkies struggling at 3-43 at Stumps, with NoShow and Wank at the crease.
Tassie inserted the Sandies in Perth. Bog and Hoss batted well for a pair of 60s, before the Wozzies fell away from 1-146 to be 7-285 at Stumps. Honours shared amongst the Tozzie bowlers.
Barrels and Spivs face off today on the Autobahn.

Great to have the Shield off and running again. While he will never be selected in Tests, Ptomaine is a terrific honest trundler.
Bog is inked in for the Ashes. Can already hear the squealing from the bnlg.

Aye - Madman at opener when Hughes is languishing at 6 is stoopider than a stoopid thing.

Dolly gets the Test skipper - that shouldn't do him an harm when it comes to selection for the Adelaide test.
