Now now Wally. You know the Billies invariably struggle at the latter stages of the season.
There is a rumour CA insisted we play at the G to prevent a 4peat.

Dubbers fall to 7-121, and now seem unlikely to overhaul the Vomits' first innings tally.

Vomits take a small first innings lead, but Harris is out almost immediately.

Must say the conclusion to this Shield is as close as any I can remember.
All good.

Dubbers looking down the barrel. A loss here virtually eliminates them from Finals calculations.

Pucovski retires hurt again, no details, but Abbott conceded 4 leg byes the ball before so I’m wondering about another head blow.

Yes, he was hit on the helmet and had to be helped off. Yet another head knock for him. He has suffered a lot from concussion.

he's been subbed out with the concussion rule. So Dan Christian will be able to bat at the fall of the next wicket.

Terrible news for the young bloke. I heard him interviews recently and he seems a great kid. I expect he may have to pull the pin on a promising career. Abbot will not be feeling too good.

Has the Junction Oval deck got some juice? Hard to imagine with SOK getting 8 in I1. All bats seem to be doing it hard.
Meanwhile SOK looks like doing an Elmer from the last Bannie away series - 8 in I1, none in I2,

Has got bounce. The Vix will be furious about donating wickets to the sokpoc.

This is the third time he's been concussed, if I read the cricinfo article right.
On a general note I wonder what's the limit on hits like that before the doctors start recommending you get out of the game.

according to The Age, '3rd concussion this summer, and history of concussions in junior football.' Fox Sports article says 'seven concussions in playing and training mishaps over the past five years'.

https://www.foxsports.com.au/cricket/domestic-cricket/sheffield-shield/victorian-cricketer-will-pucovski-forced-from-the-field-after-being-struck-by-a-sean-abbott-bouncer/news-story/6ec4c15099e071ed7d97b63b1836b016
He was forced out of all sport for six months after his initial concussion playing football, but took a subsequent knock at cricket training, and then again when he hit his head at home.
In his Sheffield Shield debut last season a ball reared up and struck Pucovski on the head while fielding at the MCG and was unable to play or practice again for months.
This summer he was struck on the head during Victoria’s one-day campaign in October, then again playing a second XI game for Victoria at Casey Field in November .
Pucovski returned to cricket after Christmas, making a bucketload of runs for his club team and also 203 not out for the Victorian second XI before returning to the Victorian team after the end of the Big Bash.
He has played all three Sheffield Shield games since the post BBL resumption but seems unlikely to play any further part in the Vics push for a fourth straight title with only one more game to go.

Even if he does keep playing, he will targeted with bouncers and risk further concussions. It is a dilemma for the lad, his family, friends and cricket officials.
