Re: Australian Domestic Season 2017-18
Ta Mr Dog. Terrific day of cricket. You and Lardy would take that score in a heart beat. Good effort from Wade- yet again- has Tas on top.

Would'nt say we are on top. The late wicket of Wade put the Vics well back in it. We will need at least another 70 runs to have a chance.
Re: Australian Domestic Season 2017-18
Wade did FA. There is little doubt that his impending shitty efforts behind the stumps will (yet again) cost the State far more than his pitiful and unreliable efforts in front of the stumps ever contribute.
He has the pedigree and aroma of ambergris, without the value.

Josh Inglis top scores from number 8
Third time in 4 innings he has done so
Apparently ...it's a shield first
also an indictment against our top 7

Biggest slice of 355....suggests he might be batting too low. And at least Hoss coughed up a decent score at last.
(Notice he's one of Boycott's mob - did he play under-age for Oz?)

Aye. Led us to three Shields. He might be the worst keeper to pull on gloves, as you claim, but success follows him

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2017-18
Geez, only good support by the tail to Monty saved the Banjos from complete embarrassment. A michelle to Can't.
Hopefully Larkin and Hughes get us half way to the Banjos' 243 because the Spiv middle order (lead by the appalling Reeks) has been diabolical this year.

FFS Maddinson is a lucky batsman. A succession of thick edges off the quicks that go for fours & then Swepson comes on & traps him plumb LBW but it is not given.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2017-18
Tasmania and WA establish good first innings leads ... Queensland struggles against NSW.
Bloody Wozzies last week; if they'd only held out a bit longer last week instead of being as weak as piss then my mob would be playing not just to be in the GF, but to host it. A pretty fair effort after 2-3 increasingly dismal seasons on Dan Marsh's watch.

Vics all out 182 chasing Tassies 344. Fekete with 6/67 was the destroyer. However Tas struggling in their second dig at 2/41.

terrible profligacy, they're throwing away a great chance here

Vix , still have an outsiders chance but need to knock off the Weed. I see Failey again bombed when it counts .shirley he will stand down if Tas make the final. Has always had ability, but no appetite for the contest when it gets tough.

Why have the Bulls used a replacement opener instead of Renshaw in their second innings?

Renshaw was concussed in the warm-up, may not be fit for the GF.

Cannot help noting another fine performance from young Tom Rogers. What a career start he's had ... one to watch.
Wade failed again, predictably. Useless POC.
