Re: Rugby League 2018
Just realised the real Dave Warner from the Suburbs version of Halftime at the Football, I'd posted to cheer him up contained some lyrics that might not meet Forum standards.
Skully and MrK too might really enjoy the live version recorded in Rozelle five years ago. As he always did, Warner changed the lyrics of the song to reflect on contemporary events. In this one Gillard and the MM appear in a rather surprising manner.

Former top 4 getting smashed by two bottom of the table teams.
Drags & Panthers will be the first teams eliminated in the finals.

Ben Hunt is turning out the dud buy of the decade. When was the last time he set up a try for the Drags?

Little doubt few can match Bennett for shrewdness when it comes to recognising player ability.

Whine treats his players with the ruthlessness of the dark force. Me first is the mantra.

Apparently* the Sharks are being heavily scrutinised by the NRL Integrity Unit over alleged salary cap breaches.

Both AFL & NRL are poorly run, so anything is possible these days.

Souths really looking ominous v Tigers (who started well).
It'd be nice if the Drags could shake off their appalling form like the Bunnies appear to be doing.

Re: Rugby League 2018
OK, it was against a Mad Monday Tigers defence, but Mary should play a video of the Bunnies 2nd Half effort in attack to his boys.
Hard running, loads of support, lots of offloads, stacks of metres and points.
Carn Drags, fire up!!!!

Drags beat the Knights 24-14 to move to 6th place.
Nags need to to win by 24 to take the home final from the Lizards.

Re: Rugby League 2018
Against an abysmal Manly, the Nags have run down the Drags PD of 47 and are heading for Penrith's 56.
They look every chance of getting 5th spot and a home final v Warriors. Then again they might run dead and take 6th and a home final v soft cock Drags.
