And so Embee? What are prescriptions?
In Hollow Man?
By the way congratulations to Bog on concluding his run of single figure scores.
Facts? Not in Embee's born again playbook.

Is there a bowler in the world that doesn't have a worse average against top 6 batsmen compared to their overall career average? Isn't the whole point of a top 6 that they score more runs and have a better average than the guys below? Not sure why that stat is meaningful.horace wrote:
Stat_ Starc's career average against top 6 batsmen is 34. .

He gives me reflux still. KSnr always tossed the ball to him to pick up cheapies after disciplined bowlers had done the hard work.
Is it a useless stat,? Steyn figures would be better.

Just on Lee, is the rumour about him and Kevin Spacey true?
Also back on the test, we do look doomed as our bottom order won't be up to the task on day five.

Steyn is better, but still more economical against the bottom 5

Hey backup a bit red. I knew he was camp as a row of tents but didn't think he'd put a toenail out of the closet. Where's that stuff coming from.

I am calling BS on that. You started that crap on C4 and your hatred of Smith was legendary.
Any second now you will call the Steyn overrated thread a wind up as well.

Re: Australia v India, 1st Test, Adelaide, 6-10 December, 2018
Realistically, this could be over by Lunch and should be over sometime in the middle session. These are the last 2 specialist bats and the Indian bowlers are sure to be disciplined.
I reckon Bog and Blowie will grind along for a while, getting their eye in and assessing the pace of the wicket. If they miraculously survive the session (nah, won't happen) then they may get more expansive beyond Lunch to test the target.
I reckon the last wicket will fall at around 2.30 pm this arvo.

Head gone pretty meekly to Instant, who got a bouncer up under the no. 6's chin. He lamely shouldered it to gully.
Defo over by Lunch now.

50 up for Bog.
Couple of interesting stats on him from the Foxy commbox. When he gets past 10 he averages 60 (just that he so often struggles to get to double figures), and this is the 1st time he's made 50 in the 4th innings of a Test.
