Today's Courier Mail claims a pom called Shaun Wane is a front-line contender to coach the Cowboys.

Apparently, he has coached Wigan to 5 grand finals including 3 premierships. I guess if I watched more English Rugby League I would have heard of him before.

The Board offered to let him coach till the end of the season but he said "nah, I've had enough of the stress" and will coach his last game v Eels tonight.

7 seasons of no success as a coach. Sorry, but good riddance to a great servant of the club (at least as a player).

The NRL should take the opportunity and dock the broncs two points. Sends a message and won't affect the comp. Doing it to a front runner first would see screams of indig they don't need. De registering barber boy would also send a message. Throw in fines just for the hell of it.

As for Langer he's valuable as an on field coach but hopefully is never in an off field position. Going to a hotel that is literally a QRL hq annex suggests a level of stupidity unparalled thus far.

The Storm were without their two playmakers Smith and Munster, and yet they still dominated the R00ters last night. 24-6.

They look unstoppable.

In other news, I expect Mary's last game will be embarrassing tonight.

I really hope this not the case. He has been a whole hearted Clubman and deserves better.

Probably h, but results are what the fans demand and Mary hasn't delivered for 7 seasons.
