When Bowden turned down his appeal when Clarke was batting, Harbhajan stared Bowden down fore a good ten seconds. Given that the appeal was for a 'bat-pad' catch that the bat was never closer than at least 10 cm to, it was an easy, correct decision from Bowden.

Maybe the racism charge can now be safely downgraded.

As for Harby, yes his celebration of Pontings wicket was one of the more cringeworthy efforts i've ever seen. Don't think you should be mentioning staring at the umpire after a dismissal and Warney in the same breath though.

If it was a one-off JKL, I'd agree with you, but Harby's got form, and I reckon he's getting worse.

Actually I thought Kartik was the bigger dickhead in the incident. He continued on as they walked off at lunch, and let go a huge spag to show his disgust at Pup not walking (even though he didn't go within a bull's roar of hitting it). Hope he watched the replay and felt like the d!ck he is. Tony Grieg and Richie commented on the return of play after lunch, but typically Greig shrugged it off.

Imagine if an Aussie had've done that. This place would've melted down in Massive Sookathon II.

I can only suggest that by their silence, our subi friends are embarrassaed to the hilt by said behaviour.
