So they play Morocco in the Quarters.

So the Quarterfinal line ups are:

Netherlands v Argentina

Croatia v Brazil

England v France

Morocco v Portugal.

Ronaldo dropped to the subs and his replacement ramos scores the
first hattrick and Portugal look like world beaters. Thats a clever
coach.

I think the SFs will be

Brazil vs Argentina
France vs Portugal

Just watched the Brazil v Croatia highlights. Croatia had one shot on goal - the late equaliser. Then they clinically won the shootout.

Morocco-Croatia final, may as well cut out the goalless 120+ minutes, save us all a few hours and just have the penalties.

And it’s going to be a 60-year wait for England. Kane skies a penalty that was for the national goalscoring record, shades of Lineker… his club keeper psyched him out second time around, I guess.

They haven’t conceded to an opposition player in 480 minutes of official time. Add in the interminable stoppage time, say another 60 minutes across all the matches… that’s nine hours of football. Plus a penalty shoot-out clean sheet for good measure!

Harry's penalty cock-up was a major howler, but overall he played and led well.
Besides, if the pitchfork set back home become too big a pain in the arse he can always come to Australia, where no matter how many penalties he butchers he'll never be any worse than the country's SECOND biggest clot in sport called Kane

if the final is maroc vs croats it could very long and dull.

its a shame for the WC that 2 of the more exciting teams
brazil and port have gone out to 2 of the dullest.

england lose to the first class side they come up against,

Very much shaping up as a Argentina v France Final, although Morocco will have something to say about that.
