Test match pitch quality
Friends were talking about this recently and i wondered if anyone knew what the guidelines or rules actually are? Several teams have been punished for low scoring test that only lasted 3 days yet the match that never even got to day 2 in India last time around was deemed to be average. How the heck does that work? Is it as was suggested by 1 or 2, that India IS the world test cricket boss and they pull all the strings?
