I don't think that video contains all the comments. I think I remember reading at the time that he said "Look at them. They're like monkeys" or something like that.

I think the words were clearly caught on the stump mic. And this is exactly where this case differs from SCG incident.

I think Gibbs' plea was more the animal comment wasn't of a racist nature.
