Huge wicket that. Now get AB early or else he'll score another big one.

For Ishant its understandable but if you look at RP's stats he hasn't taken a wicket in his last 3 tests, of course he didn't bowl too many overs in Adelaide.RP and Ishant were both out injured yet people blame them for being wayward first game back.

He injured his hamstring in Adelaide and hardly bowled. Having an injured hamstring means he can do no bowling until it is mended . . . usually 4-6 weeks, and then he thrown back into tests wuith no warm-up . . . I think you're being a bit hard.

60.4 "Sreesanth to de Villiers, FOUR, too full outside off stump, de Villiers creams it towards Harbhajan at cover who makes an awful attempt to the field the ball and lets it go right past him for four to the cover boundary, pathetic effort."

India really do look flat . . . they really do need some kind of controversy to get them up for the game it seems.

He's always been an exceptionally good catcher, when compared to his ground fielding (as are Dravid and Laxman).

If we can get atleast 2 more wickets before stumps today, this would be India's day. Don't forget SA were 1/152 at one stage.

It has to be said that Dhoni has rotated his bowlers very intelligently, while Kumble was so stale in this regard.

At 152/1 it certainly can't be said that the pitch was bad. Guess the Saffies let their own pre-match paranoia about spin and the pitch get to them.

India's day whatever happens between now and stumps...
Especially after losing the toss and given the start SA got off to.

The score is up to 263 now with 3 wickets still left. Judging by how the track has played on day one, I''d say India have got to terminate this innings pronto. These are crucial runs being made now, and anything over 300 on this track is a good score.

So SG, is the wicket doing much? You mentioned earlier that Sehwag was turning it pretty big.

Yep, wicket is aiding bowlers, thats for sure.
I think SA has already put enough runs on the board considering the potency of their attack and India's batting form.
