Pup has been incredibly consistent over the past three seasons and right now he is clearly better than Chanders

However over their entire career, I would still take Chanders everytime.

Dunno about 'incredibly consistent' PK, one of the things I'm looking forward to seeing at the Oval is Clarke making more runs and his good form thereby lasting a whole series/summer for the first time.

Chanderpaul Avg 73.03
Clarke 61.6

And Clarke had the advantage of playing the WI and Chanderpaul had to face Australia.

Chanderpaul is an excellent bat and very reliable but lately you can say the same about Clarke, the more i watch this guy bat (Clarke) the more i rate him, i'm sure in the next couple of years he will be the best bat in the world. He also scores faster than Shiv which is always an advantage.

Since the start of the last Aust summer, Clarke has scored at least a 50 in every match except Kingsmead (23*) and Newlands (47) - that's 12 tests.
