But in this game, he's genuinely looked like he's struggling. Most of the time he doesnt show any pain, but we hear that he has a problem after the match.

Pft. Give it up, you've just come back from a 3 mile celebration jig whilst screaming ' yeah KP, you're boys took a hell of a beating!'

Kirtley bowled 1 over for 17.
Maybe we should have stuck with Jimmy.

Professional effort by the Aussies. Pity it takes potential "humiliation" to bring out the best (and, of course, against Blighty). Excellent bowling followed by methodical batting. Well played lads. See yez in the next round.

Aggers, taking it like a girl...
What a ridiculous thing to say. "Good for the tournament", my arse. He should just say the obvious, that England were bloody awful and got stuffed when they had a golden opportunity to send home the best team in the world. They want their backsides severely tanned for such an inept, spineless display. If they'd gone well and got beat, fine, that happens, but to be so abject against Australia, AGAIN, is completely unacceptable.

he looked in agony in the Zim game, and the last ODI at Lords too.

Nothing wrong with Flints. Don't let body language fool you.

Geez, I wouldn't even get that worked up in T20 tbh.
You have a bad 5 overs (such as Aus did v Zim) and you can get behind the rate you need to be setting a score and get yourself in a mess.
It happens, lets move on to the group stages. I think we can make the SF's.

I said at the start win the toss bowl first, the wicket is not the type where you can smack 160+ against a decent bowling side, much better chance of winning when you know what you need esp on a wicket like that.

Not as a one off, no. But we're not exactly talking about an "out of the blue" display against them, are we? It's the same damn thing again and again and again. Pathetic.

Losing the toss is becoming the best option in limited overs cricket, as the captain given the choice always seems to get it wrong at the moment!

My feelings too. England don't have the explosive bowling to trash sides when defending targets.
anyways, on to PAK/IND.... looking forward to it

Yep same here, same sort of wicket so whoever bowls first will win imo.

We lost the WC game, but won the CWB series 2-0.

Oh, come off it, JKL. The rabbit in the headlights we saw all through that tour wasn't mitigated by two ODI wins at the end. And my point remains, that it's not a question of England losing to a better team (though they are), it's a question of completely gutlessness when they come up against them. All the stuff we thought they'd put behind them. They're beaten before they even start.
