way harsh skully - punter with siddle, haddit and johnno can emerge from the wreck with a modicum of credit...the kid tried very hard (after his perth idiocy) but does not look a class batsman against very good hostile bowling...fleas tried hard and had an average game

After watching this Aus side walk over broken glass in the last 15 years to achieve victory h, I find the meak surrender to India and now the Yarps over the past 2 months, to be a little hard to swallow without harsh comment.

Our batsmen may be reasonably competitive but if Gump doesn't tour then we will not be capable of dismissing your boys twice to win a match.

Thanks Zatty. I didn't realise that Smith had only played 8 tests before assuming the captaincy.
