Does anyone know any dodgy Masters links that they can PM to me? Cheers.

Not without downloading some dodgy software & even then couldn't be sure it would work.

Re: The US Masters
As info to my Indian friends who do not know; Jeev Milkha Singh will be playing the two qualifying rounds with Tiger Woods. Probably the first time he'll get a lot of publicity on the international circuit.
Does anyone know which channel will be showing Augusta in India?

Re: The US Masters
The Tiger Woods threesome after the first 18 holes:
Stuart Cink -3
Tiger Woods -2
Jeev Milkha Singh -1
Both Woods and Milkha bogeyed the last hole. Milkha, who earlier had an eagle on a par five, drove into the bush but retrieved well on to the green-fringe only to chip and two-putt from 3 yards and Woods loused it up after a 315 drive, straight down the fairway, then over-ironing into the crowd behind the green. Awful retrieval and a two-putt. The leader is 4 strokes ahead of Cink. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring.

And for anyone after video, there's some on offer through the Masters website. Not dodgy at all, but not every hole.

That would be when The Shark jumped the shark. The famous one where he had an unassailable lead going in to the final round. Only to suffer the uberchoke and hand the title to Faldo.

'jumped the shark' - the point of being in inexorable decline, derived from the Happy Days episode where Fonzie jumped over a shark on his motorcycle.

Some oldies perpetually remain the talk of the town. Chris Evert seems to have revived him though.Zat wrote:'jumped the shark' - the point of being in inexorable decline, derived from the Happy Days episode where Fonzie jumped over a shark on his motorcycle.

Re: The US Masters
One of the good things about golf is that time isn't quite so treacherous as in most sports.
Gary Player played his 50th and last masters this year. He was already one of the greats when i first saw golf on TV in the early 60s.

Re: The US Masters
After double-bogeying the 13th and bogeying the 14th, I guess the Shark is well and truly out of the Masters. Pity. He never really came back after Larry Mize won the Masters, way back when (must have been mid-eighties), holing the 18th with a 30 yard chip. Mize won it on the last hole although, going into it, the Shark led by 2 strokes. Greg's jaw dropped and I think he has never won a major since.
