Oz Tv - relative speed of newsreaders

A friend works for a national tv work and assists produce the news.

Apparently each network sets a desirable speed for newsreaders that varies according to the state that gets the broadcast.

Unsurprisingly there are differences between States...the reading rate for each State (quickest to slowest) is as follows -
Vics 14
spivs 13.5
barrels 13
bills 12.5
worst australians 12
