I'm sure Kosovo is not officially independent yet. If it's included then the Faeroes should definitely be there along with the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and probably a heap of others.
I wondered about that too, but I find that's because they're are considered Asian countries. I knew Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan were in Asia, but thought the other two were in 'Europe'.
37/47.
Kazakhstan has more European area than Turkey does and yet this quiz counted Turkey.
Russia also has a far larger area in Asia than in Europe but is counted as Europe in this quiz.
Although Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia are all on the Asian side of the Caucasus that doesn't stop them belonging to lots of European agencies (including EUFA).

I'm not even sure traditional continental boundaries have that much relevance or even sound reasoning behind them. Probably the only reason there's a seperation between Europe and Asia is racial attitudes pertaining at the time.
Australia and Antarctica are probably the only true continents.

There's a map ...you pick out the country on the map ...all the former Russian states that aren't on the map don't count ...
...and according to FIFA ...Australia is now part of Asia ...

And a good thing. It stops us playing in a play-off against whichever country couldn't qualify through their own zones.

28 out of 47. I bet I could do all 50 American States, but only 28 countries in Europe.
Since when the FARQ has Russia been part of Europe?

I beg your farqin pardon. "Oceania" or "Australasia". You may try to disown PNG, the Polynesian islands, NZzzzzzzzz and mainland Tasmania, but they are still there.

I was talking continents, not geographical regions, though last time I checked Tasmania was part of Australia. We just run PNG, safeguard Polynesia and tolerate NZ.
And my views onthe SE corner of this continent which includes Sydney are well known.

Got 31 in Europe (well, on my own). But made up for it in Asia, 43/48. Not bad.

That was the contradiction I was trying to point out with "mainland Tasmania".

39 / 48 counties before I ran out of time. Shamefully, I missed three County Cricket sides (Durham, Leics, Northants).
