Yeah but don't tell everyone else. They'll expect similar treatment.

Pietersen
Collingwood

Some useless all-rounder picked as "new Flintoff"
Broad

I believe I started this thread seething at England's performance on day 1 of the Headingley test last year. Call it my 'Invader Zim Lord's 2005, lunch break day 1' moment.....

Some things change ... but Mudge is always the first to jump on thre bandwagon of a young English hopeful ('he made a gutsy 58 on debut, he'll be in the test team in two years) yet also the first to jump off the team bandwagon when things start to go slightly awry.

If you could combine Marcus North and Ray East.....

Re: Australia v England, 1st Test, Brisbane, Nov 25-29, 2010
re the thread title ... the game starts a week later than currently indicated, running from 25-29 November.
predictions? So many questions ...
Will Strauss win the toss and put Australia in to bat?
Will the first ball that travels from the bowler's hand to second slip kiss an outside edge on the way this time?
Can England reverse the 2006-7 scoreline?
Will Zat show mercy to ANY English cricketer in Melbourne this time around?

I think the scoreline at Melbourne might have a lot to do with that last one, lardy . .

Forgive the little ad at the start. Here's something to turn the stomaches of a few English comrades.
