India v Australia, 6th ODI, Guwahati, Nov 8
Dhoni has elected to bat and he's piloting and unchanged lineup. Johnson replaces Hilfenhaus. There is moisture on the surface but both captains expect the pitch to become slower and slower so Punter would have also elected to bat.

Interesting first over from Mitch. Two wickets and seven runs.

Bolly gets SRT.
The $50 I put this morning on India to win the series is looking pretty sick. Happily, it was a "free bet".

The pitch is absolutely a minefield and resembles a dug up grave. A total of 200 would have been match winning if we could have got it with our spin options. The pitch is not ready for a game in fact and the ball spins in like a snake crawling in.

Bubbles!!!!!!
Watched the first few overs, including Midge's 2 wickets in his first over then went off and di other things. Bubbles looked pretty good early. Wish I had've watched it a bit longert, but then it may not have turned out the way it did.
170 all out!! WTF??

India have fought back after being 5/27 at one stage. Bollinger bowls well on a sympathetic wicket but we saw in the last game what happens when he has to 'work for a living'. I still would have liked to see what Hilfy could have done on this pitch. It seems custom made fore swing bowling.

Fark me dead, you're delusional. Hilfenhaus is going for 7.75 runs an over in this series and has looked very average.
Watson out but the game is done. What a series from Watson. TAYPOC.

We'll shit it in. Though I did lose a lot of money over the Spring Carnival, so maybe 'grain of salt' applies.

The current Indian side is crap & hopeless. This Aussie side is not one that should have been allowed to win even 4-3 in our own backyard. They look like taking it 5-2 now. With people like Raina, Kohli, Jadeja & inconsistant Yuvraj who makes once in a blue moon quick 50, nothing much can be expected. They had no excuse dropping Dravid the way they did and they have no excuses for retaining such pissweak players in the team. Dhoni's captaincy and his choice of players has been the most baffling of late.

Did I just hear right? India have not beaten Australia in a bilateral one day series in India since 1986-87?? Is that right??

Almost over now. Amazing series win considering the injuries. India must be preparing for a few months of effigy burning.

Might be a good time to invest in real estate or sewing pins.

No doubt the judges will find some way for SRT to be MOTM.

What happened to all the youngsters from the first IPL who were going to take the world by storm? According to the pundits the IPL was setting up India for world domination yet their IPL teams couldn't even progress to the semis of the CL.
Australia in a canter despite some poor, verging on comical fielding.

Hussey was the most consistent batsman, he would be some show to take it off. Dhoni must be in danger of being effigied tonight.
