Fark I'm sick of seeing balls squirting through between 2nd slip and gully for 4. I reckon the Paksters have scored nearly 100 in their two innings through there.

All teams seem to be doing it of late. It maybe that the bowlers aren't bowling to the field but maybe they shouldn't have to worry about that gap.

agree it is frustrating to see nicks and glides going to the fence...

however not having a third man may encourage batsmen to take risks - of course this strategy is reliant on having a good keeper and a safe slips cordon...if tho the basman is safely nudging to the 3rd man boundary time to oput in the third man
